Dr. Jasmine Marcus, PT, DPT, CSCS is a licensed doctor of physical therapy, as well as a certified strength and conditioning specialist, writer, and editor. In over five years of orthopedic practice, she has helped hundreds of patients recover from pain and injury.  

A graduate of Cornell and Columbia universities, Jasmine has worked with people of all ages, from three-year-olds to nonagenarians, treating people of all abilities, including Olympic athletes.

As a writer, she has been published in The New York Times, Runner’s World, and several physical therapy publications. She serves as an active resource on orthopedic injury, recovery, and exercise for publications such as Self, Shape, and U.S. News & World Report.

Jasmine, a former journalist, lives in Ithaca, New York, with her husband and infant daughter.
